1. The credit transfer materials will be sent to the address / addressee of the transcript filled in by the student within 2-3 weeks after the completion of the course (this address should be the official department of the school receiving the official transcript of the foreign institution). If you need to send the transcript in advance, please contact customer service.
2. In general, foreign colleges and universities will complete the relevant credit transfer within 2-3 weeks after the report card is signed in. Students will receive the notification email of successful credit transfer sent by the University, or they can query in the student system of the University.
3. Remind: When students submit relevant forms at school or interview with advisor, if the name of summer school and the place of class are required, please provide the information of Host university. If you need help, please contact customer service (Wechat please search acessschool).
4. Due to the different credit transfer policies of each university, some North American universities need the transcripts of Chinese universities to be certified by CDGDC / Wes before they can accept them. Therefore, students should consult the university to see if they need such certification when conducting course review, and report to customer service in time if they need such certification.
5. Additional Copies
The transcript will be mailed to foreign countries by the university where the students study. Please provide correct and effective mailing address, recipient's name and telephone number. Each student can mail one transcript for free. If you need additional copies, please contact customer service (WeChat please search acessschool).
Charging standard:
Paper transcript mailed abroad: 260 yuan per transcript (including international shipping)
Paper transcript mailed to China: 100 yuan per transcript (including domestic shipping)
