The full name of CDGDC is China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center. It is sponsored by the Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center of the Chinese Ministry of Education. At present, the degree center is the only authorities for the certification of various certificates and transcripts of higher education in China, and CDGDC certification has also been recognized by the mainstream education certification institutions and American universities, especially WES and ECE, these two certificate authorities require students to do CDGDC certification first, and the final certification report will be issued after receiving the CDGDC certification results. WES (World Education Services), founded in 1974, is an American non-profit organization. It provides achievement certification for those who want to study or work in the United States or Canada. Also it is the largest qualification evaluation company in North America, and its evaluation and certification reports are widely used in American Universities. At the end of 2009, Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center of the China's Ministry of Education signed a cooperation agreement with the WES. When applying for WES certification, CDGDC holder need to go to the Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center of the Chinese Ministry of Education for certification. China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center is an institution directly under the Chinese Ministry of Education . Since 2001, the center has added the National Higher Education Diploma Certification Service. The full name of JS & A is Josef Silny & Associates Inc., International Education Consultants, a member of National Association of Credential Evaluation Services（NACES）, and a member of American Translators Association（ATA） The full name of EQUIS is European Quality Improvement System, which is initiated and operated by European Foundation for Management Development. EQUIS is famous for its comprehensive and rigorous evaluation and is one of the most authoritative certification systems in the world.
